The Bristol Road Church of Christ employs a decentralized leadership system. Members work within ministries in cooperation with designated ministry leaders to accomplish the work of the church. These ministries are empowered to make all necessary decisions and efforts to accomplish the mission and vision of Bristol Road Church of Christ within their specific areas of focus. The ministries are led by a Leadership Team comprising of the ministers and shepherds of the congregation. The Leadership Team is responsible for setting the mission and vision of the congregation and seeing to it that the church is moving toward fulfilling that mission/vision. To that end, the Leadership Team uses liaisons to communicate with and lead various committees that report directly to the Leadership Team.
